Cognitive & Behavioral Change

It's believed that a person’s thoughts, feelings, and actions are all connected. By recognizing negative thoughts, people may be able to change their behavior to healthier alternatives. This can be a powerful tool to promote positive behavior changes by using self-awareness and other strategies to help overcome negative habits and thought patterns.

Dealing With Grief

Grief is a natural response to loss. Often, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming. The pain of grief can disrupt your physical health, making it difficult to sleep, eat, or even think straight. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, but there are healthy ways to deal with the grieving process.

Practicing Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, it’s more readily available to us when we practice on a daily basis.

Self-Care & Mental Health Maintenance

By focusing on this area in our life, we take care of our minds, bodies, and souls. Engaging in these activities promote well-being and reduces stress, which enhances our ability to live fully, vibrantly, and effectively.
